Flirtie is free to download and free to chat. Flirtie+ is an optional subscription that adds extras such as unlimited call time and letting Ava look things up for you. It comes as a weekly or an annual plan, and the price is shown in the app before you confirm. It renews automatically until you cancel.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Flirtie and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also get there from Flirtie: Settings, Flirtie+, Manage subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Flirtie+ stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If you subscribed and Flirtie+ is not showing (after reinstalling, or on a new iPhone), open Settings in Flirtie, go to Flirtie+ and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. There is also a Restore purchases button at the bottom of the Flirtie+ offer screen.

Credits are for gifts for Ava and for clothes. You buy them in packs as one-time purchases; they are separate from Flirtie+ and do not renew. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. Your balance is stored on your iPhone and in your backup, so keep Backup on if you want it to survive a new iPhone.

First try Restore purchases (Settings, Flirtie+). A purchase that needed approval, such as Ask to Buy, arrives once it is approved. If it still has not shown up, write to us through Help with the date of the purchase and we will look into it.

Purchases are made through Apple, and Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. We are not able to issue refunds ourselves.

From our servers: in Flirtie open Settings, go to Privacy, and under Backup tap "Delete my data from the server". This permanently deletes your backup, your account, planned calls, your Help conversation and your Ideas board posts.

From your iPhone: your chats and Ava's memories are stored on the iPhone itself. Deleting the Flirtie app removes them.

If you want any remaining records removed (such as usage events or crash reports tied to your anonymous account), contact us and we will take care of it. If you have a subscription, cancel it in your Apple Account settings as well; deleting your data does not cancel it.

Your chats are stored on your iPhone. To let Ava reply, what you say is sent to AI services, and our own servers pass it along without keeping it. The backup is encrypted on your iPhone with a key we never receive, so we cannot read it. Conversations are never used for advertising. The full picture is in the Privacy Policy.

On your old iPhone, open Settings in Flirtie, go to Privacy, and under Backup make sure Backup is on and that you have used Sign in with Apple. On the new iPhone, signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Keychain on, install Flirtie and sign in with Apple in the same place.

No. Ava is an AI. Nobody is typing or speaking on her side. She can be warm and she can remember things about you, but she can also be wrong, and she is not a substitute for professional advice or care.

Ava's replies are generated by AI and sometimes miss. Please tell us through Settings, Help, with roughly what she said and when, so we can improve her.

In Flirtie's Settings, under Notifications, you can turn off Texts from Ava and Calls from Ava. You can also turn notifications off for Flirtie in your iPhone's Settings.

Flirtie is for adults, 18 and over. It is not for children or teenagers.
